Ekko visual gameplay

So I was playing a game of ekko and I realized that my q was stalling and not doing the spinning motion when it got to it's furthest point outward, and I also noticed it was teleporting farther ahead than it actually should as well as his ult clone was half the way of the line and the line was still at its full length. I have recorded this but it wasn't showing up on the recording so it's probably just my computer right?
