Can I safely blame unbalance/DQ yet?

Besides the prob boosted jhin who reached plat already since last season while I was a gold 4 scrub by then, and went 2/7 on jhin who he had 20% winrate with in my ranked game, and as great as my cs was , and decent early KDA, and pressure (early-mid), is it safe to blame cancer tank dmg hec/ekko yet? Those guys with slowing ezreal+annie and tf engage/poke in many fights made us slowly lose game till we actually did.

Just too much to deal with even as friggin olaf with his ult, can only do so much dmg in those 10 second fights as I could die fairly quickly anyway with 4k hp.
