Stuck: 500 games in Silver 1 and Gold 5

Someone help me.... how did I escape from this?

I have more than 500 games played in Silver 1 and Gold 5. Most of them are as Morgana, Annie, or Nasus.

I have tried focusing on ward placements and winning the vision war. Doesn't seem to matter. Bad players just feed from their lanes and you risk getting picked off placing deep wards.

I have tried to get the ADC fed as support. Does not matter if the ADC is bad , if the other lanes lose, and/or if my team refuses to group and/or gets picked off over an over again.

I have tried being top or middle lane and carrying with damage. Doesn't make enough impact on the game. My Nasus just gets blown up by fed ranged opponents and Morgana/Annie just delay the inevitable even when legendary.

So.... help me out here general discussion. Because I am running out of ideas. Once teams get good enough that one player can't just walk out and get to legendary in 10-20 minutes every game and carry... how do you win in solo queue?

I just "fill" and play what my team needs. If we have a yasuo top, riven mid, or other squishies, then I play a tank with cc or a knockup to help yas. If you build for the team then you will find that games go a little better, especially if the enemy team decided to forgo a teamcomp and all play squishies.

Decision making is also a big issue and if you can, be the shot caller for your team. Someone to give us all quests and focus will help the team in the long run. I'm also in the silv1 gold5 range and am making my way back to gold, good luck man/woman!
