@Riot Is it possible to make Darius, Gangplank, and Twitch passive proc Dark Harvest?
They currently don't proc Dark Harvest and it says damaging an enemy champion below 50% hp will proc Dark Harvest.

it actually does but not the way that you think. it works the same way as teemo poison. if teemo auto attacks someone and they go from 55% to 45% it does not proc DH however with his E passive the poison on hit will activate after the auto attack damage and proc DH.
another example, lets say teemo's mushroom is stepped on by the enemy and they go from 55% health to 40% it will not proc DH. because of how its coded the specific damage needs to be done while the enemy is below 50% health otherwise it would be too strong for DoT champion.
