Can we make the new CC details over champions an optional thing?

I think its a cool idea, but personally, i don't need or really want those extra bits. My first honest thought was that it felt like clutter

I think it'd be perfect if it was an option you can toggle under the Game settings to choose whether or not CC effects are displayed
