when is the next wukong update or adjustment?

I've played league since season 3 and i remember when i could play wukong any lane and have fun and be tanky and have some dmg. now if you go dmg you lack tank and if you go tank you lack dmg. i dont play wukong much anymore because its not fun to lose lane all the time when other champs can do much more than him. please adjust wukong or update the champ so he can be the monkey king
