Yes, taking Q, E and like 20 plant autos to the face totally counts as being "one shot".
She could do this in a 45m+ game and you have no bonus HP or MR and she is at or close to full AP build.
In this case, there is nothing wrong with this.
Have you tried not afking in the center of her plant nest for 10 seconds? Because there is literally no way she could kill you without her ult otherwise, even for mid Zyra.
Zyra is one of if not the highest dps champion in the game. maybe stop standing next to 4 plants attacking you.
