Honor level not budge at all last season

Last season when honor was introduced, everyone around me was leveling up in honor and till the very end of the season, I did not level up once. My friends around me were all honor 5. I would at least get an honor every game. Now with the new season, with the little diamond tracker added to give a little idea of how you are leveling up, mine has again yet to budge will all the honors I receive. My friends have already been receiving diamonds on theirs. I don't understand if I am just a bad person or if there is just a problem with my account where I am just not getting any? like with the system or something. idk man xD it just sucks because i feel like i deserve some honor.
