Were bots removed from Custom Games?

My friend and I would always go into a custom game and face bots and do really stupid/fun builds on champions, but never would go into Co-op vs. AI because people just wanna rush through a game. Am I just being stupid with the new client or are they permanently removed?

They're not there in the new client (at least not yet). Your best bet is to have one of you log out, and at the bottom of the login screen select the option to launch the old client.
