So my brother who is 10 is starting to play League. He has no idea about advanced mechanics and is very crappy at the game. However, he has been playing tough champions that need some skill that come in free rotation ( 
for example). Are there any champs that are really easy to use so that he can learn without feeding and getting reported for feeding?

just to name some that are pretty easy to pick up
Low skill requirement, high skill capacity, 450 IP.
A great starter champion that can play jungle, top, and even mid, and a champion that he can really learn to master if he likes him.
Are decent mids to start with
Top lane can be easy with AA reliant champions 
Jungle is pretty similar
Support might be more complicated, but it is still within anyone's grasp, if they aren't egocentric 
ADCs (unless they are Ez or Draven) are usually pretty similar when it comes to playstyle (varying in strengths at different stages of the game), but for starters

, , and are easy as hell to play. Not always the STRONGEST champs in the game, but certainly mechanically easy and capable of wrecking people's faces if they get ahead.
