May i just ask why? Like i know its the best way to punish leavers but its also a very bad type of punishment cuz it doesnt care about what happened to that guy that made him dc, like myself, the internet and electricity keeps getting cut off and i keep losing and getting punished for no (bad) reason, and the worst thing is if you reconnect and u win u wont get lp and if you lose you lose lp, like how about a pause for 1 minute when someone disconnects, not all the people dc cuz they're angry. Maybe they are just having issues.

And the most important thing.

Why does the timer in low priority queue resets to some people and others not? Like theres a friend of mine that i know whos very toxic and got chat prevented and left 2 many games and their timer got to 20 but after that it resetted to 5, while im honor lvl 5, NEVER flamed someone in the game, i usually keep my mouth shut and flame in real life to avoid tilting others and risk losing a game, my timer is always 20 min?

Like legit i would accept the old banning system than waiting for this timer, they really gotta find a new way to punish players or atleast a system that asks for their reason of dcing
