New Rift Herald ideas, maybe?

Wouldn't be better if the new Rift Herald scale with its user stats, 6k HP before/in mid game and the damage to turrets are a little too much, imo. Something like, he hits a % of its user health as true damage to turrets/minions and its resistances are also based of a % of its user, making it more reliable at late game as a base defender or lane pusher. This can also make him a target for the Jg, Top or even the Support since most of them build tank or have high resistences but also making it use an item slot, giving the user a benefit and a punishment for having it instead of its current place on the PBE.
