Azir Gameplay

How does one even get 'good' at this champion? He seems mega buggy every single time I play him. He's fun, but sometimes his 'fun' is drowned out with crap like: "Oh, my soldier won't attack this guy next to him" or "Hey, why won't you dash to your soldier even though I'm spamming E?" or when I'm trying to AA with a soldier from max range when the enemy champion foolishly forgets about it for a moment, buuuuut by doing this, my champion starts walking straight towards the enemy, and I'm no longer safe.

Sometimes playing him I'll tilt even if I'm not doing bad when I see this crap happen. FeelsBadMan
