All Random URF

I get that no one wants permanent URF because of the lack of balance and the frustration of people who are playing to win, but ARAM is kinda the same way. I'm one of the people who just plays URF and ARAM, even classic, for fun purely. I never really go on ranked unless I'm feeling it and I won't disappoint other players or i play with my buddies. I feel like making URF random would take less competition away. Yes, some champs would still be op, but who cares?

What do you other people think about an all random, permanent URF?
