Lissandra suggestions

Her E speed could scale with her movement speed. Sometimes you're so fast it almost doesn't serve as a "get there" tool but more of a juking one - move speed runes + luden's for an example. Ofc it still deals damage, and it's a great juking/surprise ability regardless, but when it comes to being 'faster'... the speed fix might just be a little something she could have and needs.

For a new passive: "Icy Domain", or something like that.

Her abilities freeze the ground below and the air above, granting the next abilities cast ontop a bit extra range and AoE. Lasts for 1s.

Not a LOT, just enought to surprise enemies who thought they weren't in range anymore.
