Mittens Mode: How you can play an old-style game right now without Riot's help

Idk why I'm calling it mittens mode, but we can solve a lot of League's problems by playing a custom mode that restricts our access to gated power creep.

Mittens mode is pretty simple. You are not allowed to use keystones, although smaller runes are okay because they can't be tracked by other players. And the only item that is banned is Infinity Edge, due to accessibility to true damage, which a long time ago was supposed to be forbidden, save for Ignite and select few champion kits. You can fill in the void by building Stormrazor.
