Camers f-keys not working

Ever since a few patches ago, my f-keys to go to my teammates haven't been working unless I am dead. But once I respawn, they don't work again. My f-keys work outside of the game as long as I press the fn key, but when I press the fn key and the f2 key in game then it just lowers the volume but the camera doesn't go to my teammates. I have windows 10 if that helps.
