How to fix the game in these easy steps

1. Decrease abundance of CDR

2. Decrease the damage OR the survivability of ADCS

3. Buff towers and every champions base defensive stats slightly.

Damage creep is a nonstop growing problem. With just about every patch there is more and more and more one shots happening than ever before. This is not ok. Nobody should be getting one shot from a 750 units away from me with a coming out of stealth. CANT EVEN DO THAT AND HES AN ASSASSIN

Damage from champions will continue to rise to an unstoppable point. In order to balance champions they will need buffs/nerfs. When they get buffs then slacking champions need buffs. When a adc does good and you realize every other adc needs buff it happens.
