Suggestion For Auto Summoner Spells In Champion Select

After experiencing a lot of games where Junglers are either distracted or AFK and forget smite, usually making it hard for the team- I've thought that maybe (I'm not sure if this is already a suggestion) once you get in champion select, based on your role, summoner spells that are most commonly used for that role are automatically selected for you. Players can still have the option to change them to their preference. This would be so helpful to those who get stuck in this sort of situation- especially in ranked games.

Also, is this by chance already a plan in the making?
