Mouse Issue

Hi , my Mouse doesn't work during the game, but it works for other applicaiton of the PC, the form of curser also doesnt changes ; I mean the mouse is not at all detected by LOL in the game. Where as it works for the client. I got AFK punishment due to that. I restarted severl times my PC, but no change.
