New Dynamic Queue & Locking Champions

It's probably just me but I went through 20 minutes of champ select because people would forget to lock their champion. I'm not sure how bad it was before the rework but I know a lot of people would pick their champ and then walk off to get a drink or something. Anyone else having similar problems?
