Ranked games are interesting

So .. we get a guy who jungles.. in his jungling role. cool.. he spams Kha'zig and has a really good win rate with him.. cool.. so who does he pick to play...

Graves... and feeds the enemy team...died 13 times..

yeah.. it was my promos... and i get the guy in the next match and he goes EZ jungle.. dies 15 times that game..

why does riot do this.. i normally dont get games doubled up with a feeder unless its my promos..
