Just Regular Balance Feedback...
Hey, I'll keep this intro short. Just posting my feedback on the current balance of the game. This isn't a complaint thread and I'm not trying to pick on any specific champion. Feedback is based on statistics on various league fan-sites and my personal observations/experiences in the game.
General Feedback -
Early-game/lane-bully champions, like
, seem to be performing too well right now. I think this is more an issue of games ending too soon rather than champion balance in this case.
This item is getting built on too many supports. It seems like balance in the support role is too highly weighted towards who can work best with this item. It seems kind of stupid that even support
is getting this item. Please buff alternative items and/or add more support-tank items (and even support AD items, like old Zeke's Herald).
#Champions:
Big Nerf - They're outperforming most of their competition while limiting champion variety with their huge pick rates. Please directly give these champions meaningful nerfs.

Nerf - They're significantly over-tuned but not yet crowding out competition (but they may do so soon). Please give them very cautious nerfs.
: She's quite strong and feels very hard to play around. She tends to spam her abilities every opportunity she gets and doesn't easily run out of mana.
: He seems to be statistically very strong. Players have learned how to use his new kit, so he should be carefully dialed down a bit until balanced.
: I love Twitch (he's my personal favorite ADC) but he's statistically a bit too strong. Perhaps he could be made even squishier so that he more reliably loses early fights.
: Even around a 50% win-rate, he crowds out other picks and receives a disproportionate ban-rate. I don't blindly hate him (he is frustrating) but he honestly should probably be balanced like Lee Sin with a <50% win-rate.
Small Nerf (3 AD lel) -
: If Caitlynn, Draven, and Twitch are nerfed, then Jinx will quickly rise to the new top tier. If marksmen role diversity is desired, then she should get preemptive minor nerfs.
: Same situation as described above for Jinx.
: Same situation as described above for Yasuo but he has a lower pick-rate currently.
: Statistically very strong, but feels pretty fair to play against. Minor nerfs might be in order.
: She is essentially balanced, but her pick-rate is a bit too high for her to be maintaining an above average win-rate. She should get a very minor nerf (I think she is already planned to be slightly nerfed anyways).
Big Buff -
: He's statistically the weakest champion in the game by far. I understand that he can be extremely frustrating when strong due to the reliability of his damage (Q isn't a skill-shot when the target is snared). Therefore, I don't suggest buffing his damage or reliability. I do think his ultimate is an interesting strategic tool, and given his horrible ~40% win-rate, I think he can afford a lot of extra power in his kit. I think cutting his ultimate timer to 90-70 seconds (from 120) and removing the mana cost (currently 100) could be a good way to reward players who use their intelligence to recognize frequent opportunities to maximize low cooldown ultimate's potential.
: I think Corki is kind of an indicator of when ADC items are strong and mages are weak, since he gets played as an alternative source of magic damage in that kind of meta. Right now, mages and marksmen are pretty equivalently balanced (which is great), but that leaves Corki without much of a place in the game so he needs some buffs for now.
: Nautilus is just not performing very well overall. I think he needs significant kit buffs to let him be both a viable jungler and support, instead of being a below average support only.
: I think he's been dumpstered long enough and should be brought back into the game. I think he should be balanced around a <50% win-rate but I think his current <45% win-rate is unnecessarily weak. I think he could do with some buffs to his itemization (
) and some minor buffs to his kit. If Nashor's Tooth is buffed, then Kayle should be preemptively nerfed however.
Buff -
: While I realize many players find Mundo annoying (find me a champion who is universally loved...), he is statistically under-performing. I personally would love to see the return of some version of Atma's Impaler, but in lieu of that, some moderate buffs to Mundo could be prudent.
: I think Rek'Sai is a good example of an over-nerfed champion. I think she just generally needs a moderate buff for the sake of balance.
Small Buff -
: His win-rate is pretty bad. I think his Q needs to be re-coded. I recently saw another thread about his unreliable Q hit-box. There is also the issue of players not being hit if they walk into his Q during the cast-time before the knock-up.
: I think he is just slightly under-performing for the same reasons Mundo is. A new juggernaut item (Atma's Impaler) would be a great help.
: I think Lissandra is statistically slightly weak. I think a tiny buff could make her more competitive as a pick, creating more role diversity.
: Same situation as Lissandra.
: I think Diana's counter-synergy with attack speed items due to her low base attack speed is unnecessary. I think her passive's attack speed should be removed and her base attack speed should be increased. This will allow her to work more efficiently with
. I think Diana should not be treated like an assassin, but more of an AP DPS skirmisher.
: I think Shen is just barely weak right now. I personally think Shen adds a lot of healthy gameplay variety to the game because his style is so distinctly different from other top-laners, so I'd like to see him thriving better. I'll admit that I am probably slightly biased towards Shen because I like this champion.
