Can Riot Just Let /Remake be used for ingame AFKs?

Literally had a game with 4 afks. I can't leave or I risk leaverbuster. If I left, I likely wouldn't have been punished.
Nonetheless, it's still a RISK. Not to mention how friggin Yasuo was BMing the whole time.
Just make the dodge face the same LP penalties as a regular loss, and give the others a loss forgiven. This happens in ranked to(Albeit with only 1 random AFK midgame)
