Balance team

The balance team are a total joke and need firing. They have not made a single meaningful nerf or change to the many issues plaguing the game currently, such as Irelia's hypermobility, Akali being perfectly designed to carry a higher elo game with no weakness outside of a 5 man cc dump onto her, the ADC changes still aren't reverted so botlane is still support dependent - with the notable exceptions of Lucian and Draven who are just OP tier stupidly broken. Something needs to be done about it. Kill bounties, plating, dark harvest, jungle pathing - there's too much in the game right now that's making it unfun. Ontop of all the various gameplay issues, the actual community itself is toxic as hell too. Just look at the attached link. This Twitch inted us, because our Pantheon didn't press w on the Zed once. As in, he made one mistake. Somehow he isn't banned, despite inting with 5 tears and mobis, pinging "omw" to fountain and writing in chat "suck my cock dirty %%%%%%s". How is this acceptable? How do you expect the game to get better, if you allow blatant toxicity, trollers, inters, and ontop of the poor state of the community, the gameplay somehow manages to be even worse? Something needs to be done before the game dies.
