LP Problems

So, im silver 1 1lp and i've been on a winning streak for about 7 games now, but even though my mmr is high gold 4 (according to na.op.gg) I'm still constantly gaining only 18lp and losing 20-23. Why am i so held back if all other causes for bad LP gain are good?
