He has a dash, a speed duff, life steal built in, cc, damage reduction, and another dash working as a suppression. What were you thinking when you decided to make such a busted champion. If you want to give him cc and a supression, why not make it only at lvl 6 can it deonate to cc, so he doesn't have such an over powered kit
