I remember hearing somewhere it did but When I try and see it in games it's a little too fast paced for my eyes. I've googled this question already but it only comes up with posts from 2 years ago asking why he doesn't have one. I am wondering he riot ever added one to him.

You probably meant the shuriken which spins about targets ulted by zed, that's a "will kill them" indicator
he doesnt have a "will kill them" indicator but since its true damage you can just memorize how much he will do by checking or just knowing your champ with X items. Some combination of runes and items will always produce the same amount of damage since its true damage, you can see how much hp the person has left.
