Good Evening Everyone, I would like to share an idea and get feedback on it. What if In game stats for champions had a flexible economy? What do I mean? Let us check this out below:

  1. Each Server, separated by region would automatically keep track of the win/loss ratios for every champion in the game. So, NA could have a different win/loss ratio for Master Yi than other regions.

  2. Each Champion would get an in game Max HP buff of between -5% and +5% max hp according to the win ratio of the champ kept track of by the server

  3. At the end of each day the max HP buff for a champ -5% to + 5% may be adjusted by 1% automatically by server stats and computer program, see below for details:

3a) At the end of each day, if the win ratio for a champ was above 55%, the max HP buff would be decreased by 1%. For example, if it was +3%, it would go down to +2% buff to max HP.

3b) At the end of each day, if the win ratio for a champ was below 45%, the max HP buff would increase by 1% to the max hp. For example if it was 4% buff, it would go up to 5%.

  1. This stat in ranked would be separated by Elo. So, in Silver Master YI may have a -5% to max HP, while in Challenger, Master Yi may have a +5% to max HP

Below is an example: Let us say you are in Silver 1 climbing playing Kha'Zix. Let us say you find in Silver Kha'Zix has a +2% to max HP. The next day, due to Kha'Zix getting a patch buff, the win ratio is 61%, automatically, at the end of the day, the max HP buff for Kha'Zix drops from 2% down to 1%. The following day Kha'Zix win ratio is 59%, the HP Buff goes down to 0%, and the next day Kha'Zix win ratio is 56%, the Max HP buff goes down to -1% (max health reduced by 1%). Finally you climb out of Silver 1 and get into Gold. Now, in Gold V, you find your Elos buff is +3%, maybe people know how to play against Kha'Zix in gold (just an example).

How do you guys feel about this Elo Economy? To summarize, the goal behind this is to provide a simple, automated buff or Nerf according to win ratios of champions to allow them to balance out according to region, and elo a little each day.
