EKKO fucked in patch 8.9

So apparently they nerfed D ring , and mana regen of all mage champs is adjusted to higher even alittle bit , but somehow ekko is excluded from that patch my first game after patch today and i lack mana like hell even in higher levels simply cuz D ring doesnt do anything currently is there anyway to BUZZ balance team to check this issue its literally horrible for ekko mains
