"Revealed" Invisibility

It's been a while since Pinks were removed, allowing stealth and invisibility to spike in power so much that several champions who rely on them are left in weakened states damage-wise because there is effectively no counter to their stealth if you rely on targeted abilities or auto attacks (as do the highest priority targets for said characters).

At the very least, champions who have invisibility rather than stealth should have it in a revealed state. Just to increase the ability to fight against them if you do happen to have skillshots and AoE. They'd still be impossible to target, but they'd no longer be able to substitute invisibility for proper positioning.

Considering there are two whole classes that can't attack a stealthed target even when revealed, they'd still have that advantage against them. And if it adversely effects their performance, then they can receive buffs to other areas of their kits which as of now can't get buffs thanks to the inherent unbalanced state of stealth.
