Mini-Game for Ivern? A suggestion for fun and strategy.

A proposed mini-game for Ivern, friend to nature and lover of all the critters.

If Ivern attacks the plant in the river, and allows the Rift Scuttler to happily consume a honey fruit, something entertaining and perhaps beneficial should happen. Any of the following would be fun:

• Scuttle becomes a wandering ward for 90 seconds. Either a team ward, or a universal ward both sides can see.
• Scuttle gains health, making it harder to be killed.
• Scuttle follows Ivern around doing nothing, but can be killed by friend or foe (or activated by Ivern), at which point it returns to either dragon/baron pit and spawn the speed shrine for the appropriate team. If Ivern is killed while being followed by scuttle, the opposing team is granted the speed shrine.
• Scuttle goes about her business but is now hostile to enemies.
• Scuttle gains increased movement speed.
• Scuttle grows bigger, and dances.
• Scuttle gains Untargetability for 120 seconds.
• Scuttle becomes immune to crowd control for 180 seconds.
• Scuttle now gives double/triple XP.
• Feeding both Rift Scuttlers without activating/killing them causes them to meet in midlane and do a courtship dance?

Alternately:

• Ivern gains movement speed in river (timed bonus, until next death, permanent, whatever)
• Ivern gains gold
• Ivern gains bonuses based on how many times Scuttle is allowed to eat. Possible Examples: (1 feeding = extra 50gp) (3 feedings = +5 movement speed in river) (5 feedings = Honeyfruit gives 5% bonus HP/MANA) (10 feedings = +20 movement speed in river)

Thoughts and opinions?

Sound Fun? Is it stupid idea? Way too over-powered? Too underpowered and not worth the effort? Interesting but Riot would never do it?

The key here, is I'd want it to be fun while providing only very MINOR changes in game-play and strategy. Shyvana's passive is a good example. Yes, it's a nice bonus for Shyvana if your team can score dragons, but it's not a deal-breaker if you don't.

For the record I'm a casual player and an Alistar 'main' (to support for my daughter-in-law's Kalista), rarely play ranked, and play this game for fun and smiles. I find Ivern the most enjoyable and positive champion in the game, honestly. He's like a dose of SSRI medication after a depressing day at work. A giant happy pill in an otherwise forlorn world. LOL

Anyway thanks in advance for your opinions. These are the things that go through my head while I'm impaired on opiates thanks to kidney stones.
