Looking at the new Free Rotation

It's not even about whether or not they're OP, I'm just annoyed because:

1. I'm a Kindred main, so seeing others playing them badly is going to be painful.
2. Quinn/Riven "mains" and feeding/toxic playerbase/FOTM players
