he needs at least a small buff. after the 3 rounds of consecutive nerfs, riot left him gutted. hes been sitting at lowest-second lowest win rate since 6.2 at about 44%. most of the people complaining about him are low elo that don't know how to kite or abuse his slow movement speed and weak early game
