Camera tools

Dear guys . I have one question abbaut camera tools in ranked matches . Is it allowed to be used in ranked for zoom bottom distance camera and fly mode camera ? I ask this cus i dont mean that is a cheat in the game but on the others side , i think to good remember one rule abbaut other programs is not available.

I just think that camera tools is fer-play cus i just want to have diferent camera mode . good day .
