Rift Hearld's timer needs to be shown in real time

Once you get Rift Hearld the only indicator on how much time you have left to use it is a hard to judge small white line on item and a static reminder on how many seconds before it expires. It needs this change since the longer you hold on to it the more you can benefit from the buffed recall but most of the time I feel pressured to use it sooner than I would want because I don't want it to turn into a dud.
