Swain is the new OP

First of all this is a very short rant and it shouldn't be long at all just my thoughts on swain. I feel like with the mage update swain has skyrocketed in power, and it is not all bad because he did need the power spike to be more relevant, but I feel like it is too much at once. Swain is way to strong now with his ult as basically another normal ability on a ten second cool down, longer than his q, which is insane. Swain can send beatrice (his crow) into a turret range and have it attack you WITH its slow while you try to get out of its range. His e has massive overtime damage like a mega poison which if you use while using overtime damage from his q you are most likely dead from just overtime damage and a slow. There are not many outplays you can do considering his ult heals him AND does damage every ten seconds. His stun makes it very easy for him to land a bird and poke you to half health at level 4. This was really bothering me and I know that people will say just ban him, but it is still a problem. Please fix this rito top lane is more of a burden than it already was now thanks to bird man.
