At this point,you need a LACK of judgement to be good...at picking.

So. the better champions. these sorta things include and to lesser extent . maybe lesser...but see a pattern here? I was playin with friends and we got a losing streak going. all of these champs are in our games. but notice? some,if not all besides teemo cost 3150 or more IP,and by the time your near lv 30 matchmaking gets worse and worse as all that's left is ranks but even then I have been against full silver teams (I am lv 27,one of my friends 25 I think and the last one 30) and not to mention free rot always throws like 2 champs that cost 6300 IP. and what? this is the second or third week with zed? free champs aside as your not getting like mastery 4 or so with them. I have purchased almost all 450-1350 IP champs. so I only own one 3150(which I can only use on top. hoping I don't get support/jungle,or my secondary I am required to set even with the support auto block.)and everyone owns champs that are like 4800-6300 IP and mastery 6. which would have taken a week or two saving IP,since you get 150 from daily and 60-100 on lost-won games that have gone for 40 minutes. I honestly don't even know what to say :/ cause at least one of my thoughts are easy to debunk. 1:basically,the older the champion the cheaper it generally is. and the newer ones get more...creative move sets. with more things like CC, unusual passives or just in general having high stats ok just put every 6300 there... 4th attack always crit,reverse time high base damage,great tower dives,can spawn some independently attacking tentacles in your turret,massive gap closer and decreases vision. now. . just . <. so if you went and got udyr as a jungler that's clearly worse then the 6300. so basically casual players who try and buy easily get put in a major disadvantage near lv30 where almost everyone has a 3150-6300 and (I guess?) <.... they have very different sets but the more expensive one in general has the better capability's for the k/d/a 2:riot plz nerf lux. and jinx. PLEASE! jinx ADC > ADC. 3:i try. spend about an hour looking at its builds,watch some gameplay THEN buy. I never went 'this person looks cool/this persons expensive so I will save up' now,IK the title is a LITTLE (pretty) farfetched but still [slayer-jinx-unamused] a almost every game generally silvers/mastery 6 people. or 7. is the purple one seven? or the red one...
