LF Long-Term Support duo partner [Gold+]

As of recently iv been looking for a support duo partner who wants to improve their gameplay, while also giving/taking constructive criticism so we both can improve on any weak areas we may have. I want to grind out ranked but I'd also like to spend some time in normals improving our play, if possible, id also like to use Voice Communication to help at bot lane. I have most of the usual ones like Skype, Curse, Discord and so on.... I'm not looking for someone who acts Toxic, really negative or spends most the game in the chatbox.
