Black Cleaver

I know I'm late, but I just noticed the armor shred nerf by 6%. What is RIOT's explanation for this? The also increased the amount of stacks from 4 to 6!

I'm guessing this happened during the all the "marksmen are abusing this item now" talk. So instead of nerfing marksmen, they nerfed black cleaver, which absolutely took a dump on my Wukong build!

Effective armor shred for an item to be effective should be 1/4 to 1/3 of armor.
