Need more runes plz ! (i need 30 runes not 20 )

I already got 264 mastery score. That means i can play at least 56 champions with level 5. Actually im good at more than 80 champions. But runes limited is only 20 that is not enough for others champions. And i have 40k IP that only for change name every week (joke). I really need like 10 runse more that means to improve limited 20 to 30 runse. :3
