You could literally put bot lane with a carton of milk and the milk will be 10/0 at 12 mins. This champ needs a Nerf to something. Root, Stun, and her ult that stuns and slows in a mediocre sized circle. Not to mention the damage buff she gives to anyone attacking you with her passive. Even if you dodge her E witch goes through minions and other champs just to seek you out, her ult most likely has to be flashed out of. if that's down and shes up you are dead. doesn't matter what you do. Early game be like E, exhaust, two AA's from the ADC and you die. I get that if you dodge the E her engage is mostly gone... oh wait ult, walk up to you stun you again and e is off cd so now you are rooted. And I actually play her, i know how terribly strong she is, and obscenely tanky, after a while i just get and literally take out the enemy team with a well placed ult.

 A suggestion i have would be to nerf or get rid of the passive bonus damage and shorten the range on her e just to make her risk from engaging a little higher than basically 0. this will make her have to be closer to you that bot lane bush while you are standing at the opposite wall. id keep the shield as is, not sure about the ult either, i would take the stun off of it, there's no need for her to have 2 stuns and a root and a slow to a group (when well placed)
