Yeah I actually don't why people are crying about ip changes

In fact I encourage riot to remove all grind to win aspects of this game, this isn't a mmo. I trash on riot about a lot of things but this is the first good thing I've seen from them. One of the massive problems with this game is that it takes far too long for new players to get into it, and levels for runes and masteries is already a dumb concept for the longest time.

Now the next thing they need to do to ensure fair gameplay is to disable skins in ranked, some of them make skills harder to see, and it actually giving an advantage.
