So since nunu got buffed isnt it high time to nerf the dmg on his stupid point and click bullshit e? And by nerf i mean a ratio nerf. This piece of shit can burst harder than dedicated ap assassins. (90% ratio)

It is a single target ability that is his only damage ability outside of his ultimate.
