About Black Cleaver price reduction
After seeing the item in almost 99% of my matches, i really need some context, why is its price reduce by 400G with only -5 AD compensation?

Most of the champions that purchase it are now more dependent on the item due to Alacrity boot enchant being removed from the game.
That's probably one reason.
It also isn't over-performing, and is far from a 'win-condition' for most of the users, unlike other similarly priced items.
Its not overpowered. and it slowed down a lot of champions who relied on it
some of them don't even rush it anymore because of how expensive it is.
