Hey, What if we didnt stick to making Ohmwrecker the "Turret disabler"

Here me out, we all think Ohmwrecker should be in game yeah? But we also want that sorta "Turret Shutdown" Mechanic to stay. We can't make these work cause blah blah read the Ask Riot article they explain it better. but listen, if the problem is that Ohmwrecker is being held back, why not ditch the turret disabling effect from it, icebox that effect for an item down the road, and then rework ohmwrecker! I mean lets be honest, does this game with its paper mache turrets that fall as early as 7 freaking minutes in to laning phase need MORE things working against it? I dont really think so.

so what should Ohmwrecker do? Personally, I think we need more Turret DEFENSE in this game! Janna and Azir are neat champs that can both shield and Rez turrets, more of that shit is what we need. I propose Ohmwrecker become a tanky or bruiser type item for top laners to take, and its active effect can be none other than this: item 3636

Okay those number could use a tuning. Maybe reduce to 3 seconds and nerf the damage by a lot, or keep it the same near effect and give it a flash level cooldown (that could be reduced hello Domination/inspiration path) Bam we just made a sucky item an almost first buy, improved tower defense in the game, AND we still have our turret disable effect but now its free to attach to an item better suited. Or hell, maybe even make it a rune???? Can that be possible? :o

Thoughts? EDIT: Seems hovering over the icon doesnt display the info (for me at least) so the effect of Bulwark is "Makes target turret invulnerable for 6 seconds. After 4 seconds, rains lightning that deals 2600 true damage to all enemies"
