Veigar Q
Any one notice that in game Veigars passive says it only works on Champs but on his champion page it says a "unit". Which is it?

PASSIVE: Veigar gains permanent bonus ability power when he kills a champion from any source of damage. This stacks with the active ability's AP gain.
ACTIVE: Unleashes a missile of dark energy in a line, dealing magic damage to up to two enemy units. Every time this ability kills a unit, Veigar gains 1 ability power permanently (doubled against large minions, large monsters, and champions).
It's both. Killing with Q will give an AP bonus (doubling on certain units) and killing champions with any damage source gives bonus ap. If you kill a champion with Q, you will get both bonuses, meaning rank 5 you can get 7 AP upon a champion kill. Kill two champions with a single Q at r5, you can get 14 AP.
