AP Bruiser ITEM IDEA

Item idea in second paragraph. So there's a currently a discussion about the league community, or more specifically, the mordekaiser and singed mains subreddit. The discussion includes adding an AP bruiser item to the league scene to assist champs like morde, singed, diana etc.. Basically the AP bruisers or the ones that were intended to be AP bruisers. You might be thinking that adding an item like this would definitely make these champs over the top and many more as well right? Well probably not. Mordekaiser, Singed, and Diana are all really good examples of AP bruisers building out of character. Both morde and singed have to abuse mage items so stay relevant (rylais/protobelt) while Diana literally went from being what riot wanted to be an AP bruiser to straight up assassin. These champions are building out of character. Likewise champions like Irelia and Jax can just be triforce and go full tank or champions like Garen and Darius can go black clever and go full tank. AD bruisers have that core bruiser item for damage to build on and then just go tank afterwords. Morde and singed don't have that. True they can go rylais and liandries and then tank. But that makes their early comparably weaker to the other AD bruisers just stat wise alone (NO CDR D:).

I don't really have a concrete idea on what exactly the stats should include but comparing it to black clever and triforce i'd imagine it should have HP, AP, and CDR. As for the passives, first the item should 100% have a phage passive like there AD counterpart does. Probably make it work off magic damage versus just any attack perhaps? And as for the second passive why not something that converts a little of the HP the bruiser has into AP like 2% or 3% etc. And when I say HP i mean HP from items not bonus or total HP. So no grasp, overgrowth, VLAD PASSIVE, swain's new upcoming passive. Just HP from items that way the AP bruisers can be rewarded for building tanky item afterwards. I'd still imagine champs like morde and singed would still build rylais but having an AP bruiser would definitely help these champs not build out of character.
