Sivir needs a rework

So sivir is my favorite champion in lol but her lore is that she is this amazing bounty hunter one of the best. But sivir passive is almost obsolete y not make it something like a draven passive or a kindred passive where if she kills a marked target she gets extra gold or that she makes more gold per second or something on the lines about that I think its a cool idea.
