CAN WE PLEASE STOP COUNTING LEFT RANKED GAMES

If someone leaves a ranked game for x amount of time it should not count against your ranked score. also, you should be allowed to leave 2 ranked matchmaking ques a day. EVERY time im in promos i get teams with 2 adc's or no tanks or an obvious troll. its not fair.
